It's the battle of the #12's! Three out of the four quarterbacks in the championship games today are all wearing the same number jersey. The only QB not wearing #12 is Russel Wilson from the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks won last year's Superbowl and they're back to defend their championship title and become one of the few teams in the NFL to go to back-to-back Superbowls.
The #12 jersey seems to be a popular choice for quarterbacks. Even going back to players like Joe Montana, Terry Bradshaw, and Joe Namath plus many others including current all-star quarterbacks, but I don't know what the significance of that number is.
My prediction for the Superbowl is still the Patriots vs Packers (2 of the best QB's in the league).
