"Man Seeking Woman"" is the latest original series from "FXX", and it is a very bizarre, off beat kind of show. It stars Jay Baruchel as "Josh", the lonely, 27 year old guy looking for love in a very strange world. His best friend, "Mike" is played by Eric Andre, he is a forgettable actor/ comedian that briefly had a show on Comedy Central in 2012. We all know Jay Baruchel by now from movies like, "She's Out of Your League", "Fan Boys", "Knocked Up" and "This is the End". Together, on-screen they are complete opposites; "Mike" is a very outgoing extrovert that sees nothing wrong / strange with the world they live in. "Josh" is the exact opposite; he is a shy, awkward introvert with low self esteem and zero confidence (perfect role for Jay!).
It's definitely the first of it's kind, but FXX is a bold network that airs bold TV Shows that are made for adults and often cross the line. This first season of "Man Seeking Woman" is still airing new episodes every week, so check it out for yourself!
