In this episode, they poke fun at Catholicism and turn the Pope into a rap star. They're specifically making fun of the mexican Catholics that see the image of "Mother Mary" or "Jesus" on everything from a potato chip to a water stain. It's not some divine message from "god", it's a simple coincidence! "It's Always Sunny" made fun of the same gullible catholic mexicans too. This just further proves how ridiculous all religions are.
