"X-Men: Apocalypse" - Final Trailer

This is the FINAL trailer for "X-Men: Apocalypse" which just released this weekend!! I'm so excited about this movie, I might actually go pay to see it in theaters. It's directed by Mark Singer, who has directed & produced almost every "X-Men" movie. The film is set in the past, so James MacAvoy plays "Professor X" (These "X-Men" timelines are just confusing). This is clearly an origin timeline movie that features many of the same young mutants we saw in "X-Men: First Class". Such as "Magneto", played by Michael Fassbender once again. Jennifer Lawrence returns as "Mystique", Nicholas Hoult returns as "Beast", Evan Peters returns to play the popular role of "Quicksilver", and Lucas Till reprises his role as "Havok".

This movie also includes young versions of "X-Men" members that we're already familiar with. Such as "Cyclops", "Storm", "Jean Grey", "Psylocke", "Archangel", and "Nightcrawler"! Not to mention, the long-awaited introduction of "Jubilee" (played by Lana Condor) and of course, "Apocalypse" (played by Oscar Isaac). Even in the "X-Men" comic books and cartoons,"Apocalypse" was always their biggest nemesis, along with "Sinister". The trailer shows that "Wolverine" will be in this movie too (long before he joins the "X-Men"). I don't know how all these mutants fit into one movie, but it's definitely going to be packed with CGI action and looks absolutely amazing! I like that they acknowledge the fact that "Magneto" is "Quicksilver's" father. I hope they also address the fact that "Mystique" is "Nightcrawler's" mother and that "Cyclops" and "Havok" are brothers. I will post a review on here once I get to see this MARVEL blockbuster.

"The Last Man on Earth" - Season 2

The second season of "The Last Man on Earth" just ended, and it was quite an eventful season and ended with a big cliffhanger! Season two was very different from the first one. For instance, this season is based in Malibu, California because the group left the culdesac in Tuscon, Arizona and moved away after kicking "Phil"/"Tandy" out of the group and leaving him for dead in the Arizona desert. Luckily, in the season one finale, "Carol" saves "Phil" and they drive off together in the very end.

Well, they ended up moving into the White House together and driving around in a jet, just doing fun and reckless things because no one else exists anymore. It's the same fun stuff "Phil" did in the early episodes of season one. The only difference is that "Carol" joins in on the fun with "Phil" now that they're happily married. "Carol" even joins him in his margarita filled baby pool. They seem much closer in this season, and "Phil" actually has real feelings for "Carol" now. It's also much more serious than the first comical season. We see two characters die in this new season (almost three), including Will Ferrell's character, "Gordon". He's only in one episode as "Gale's" lover and the owner of the  Malibu beach mansion that the group is living in now. He is killed when "Phil & Carol" catch up with the group in California, and "Carol" surprises them by popping out and saying "BOO!" Which startles "Gordon" and causes him to die of a heart attack. The second character that dies is the other "Phil Miller" (black "Phil"), when he gets appendicitis and there are no doctors left in the world to safely remove his appendix. "Gale" tries to do the operation without any prior medical training and fails miserably.

Then there is an addition of a new character; "Phil"/"Tandy's" brother, "Mike Miller" (played by Jason Sudekis). He finally comes back down to earth after spending three years at the International Space Station and learning that everyone on the planet died of a contagious virus. He risks it anyway, and finally reunites with his brother! With black "Phil" dead and the arrival of "Mike Miller", there is a much different dynamic to the group. There is no longer an alpha dog / leader, and things quickly fall apart for the group. The guy-girl ratio is way off, so "Todd" has two girlfriends now - "Melissa" AND "Gale". Meanwhile, "Carol" and "Erica" are both pregnant!

In the season finale, it appears that "Mike" has caught the virus that wiped out the whole world while he was in space. Sadly, he convinces his brother "Phil" to let him go to Tuscon, Arizona alone to die peacefully in their family home. The very last scene shows other survivors on a boat, then they see three heavily armed people in hazmat suits headed right to the shore in front of the beach house! So, we'll have to wait until season three to see what happens next!

Daya - "Don't Let Me Down" (The Chainsmokers Remix)

Another fantastic remix by The Chainsmokers, who are known to remix popular songs and make them even better. This is an awesome remix of "Don't Let Me Down" by Daya - I think this is one of the best Chainsmokers songs they've ever released. I was reluctant to share this video on here because it's one of the worst music videos I've ever seen. It's a terrible video featuring Daya with a horrible, all-girl dance crew performing on a dirt road in front of these two stupid looking guys bouncing around in a stupid, 'cholo', hydraulic drop-top like two douche bags. It's incredibly lame and almost hard to watch (sorry). It's unfortunate, because this is actually a great track.

"American Ultra" - Review

__ I posted the trailer for this exciting movie in November 2015, so this is another late review.
Jesse Eisenberg has co-starred with Kristen Stewart before, in "Adventureland" back in 2007. They're older now, and there is a much different dynamic between these two characters in this film. In "Adventureland", Jesse Eisenberg plays an ugly loser with an obsession over his co-worker, played by Kristen Stewart. Her character was hooking up with Ryan Reynolds, so she didn't give his curly head the time of day....until the cliche ending when he finally gets to hook up with her. To me, Jesse Eisenberg just seems like a pathetic, scrawny, timid little bitch, and he has been typecasted as such.

However, in this film; Eisenberg plays a dumb pothead named "Mike Howell" that has no idea he's actually a CIA-trained sleeper agent. Kristen Stewart plays his girlfriend, "Phoebe" (who secretly works for the CIA as "Mikes" 'Handler'). She really likes him too in this film, but then he gets 'activated' and starts killing other assassins. So "Phoebe" uses her CIA training too, and does everything she  can to help "Mike" stay alive as the CIA tries their hardest to kill him. However, he was just trained too well and soon enough, this lazy, stoned store cashier turns into an unstoppable killing machine that the CIA can't just sweep under the rug. Although, there is that scene I don't understand at the end of the movie, showing that they are still being followed and monitored by the CIA. So i think there is a sequel in the making.

Topher Grace plays the role of "Yates", the villain CIA agent in charge of the operation to kill "Mike Howell". This movie is explosive and action-packed (just as I anticipated), and I've never seen Jesse Eisenberg in an action film like this. It's extremely violent and suspenseful, yet funny at the same time. Not to mention, Kristen Stewart looks sexy and does a great performance in this movie. I wish she was my girlfriend! So altogether, I give "American Ultra" a  7 /10.

"The Night Before" - Review

This is the latest "Point Grey" production / Seth Rogen movie. This is sort of a late review of this Christmas movie, I posted the trailer on here back in October 2015, but now I finally got a chance to watch it, and it made me LOL....literally. I was laughing throughout most of the film. "The Night Before" is produced by Evan Goldberg, who has produced almost all of Seth Rogen's "Point Grey" films. Including other hit comedies like, "This is The End", "The Interview", and "Neighbors". This movie is just as hilarious as the rest of Rogen's films (just as I expected) and it's an instant classic! It's based in New York and stars Seth Rogen, Anthony Mackie, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt as three unlikely best friends who have a Christmas tradition they do every year together. However, this is the last Christmas eve these life-long friends are going to spend together. They're older now and life has changed for them, so this tradition is ending with one last Christmas adventure that blows "Harold & Kumar Christmas" out of the water! They're partying, taking drugs, drinking, and buying weed from a Christmas angel disguised as a weird drug dealer, played by Michael Shannon. His name is "Mr. Green" and he is also the "Ghost of Christmas Past, Present, and Future". He smokes "Christmas Present" weed with Anthony Mackie, the "Christmas Future" weed with Seth Rogen, and the weed of "Christmas Past" with Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

This film features other familiar faces, such as Jillian Bell, Lizzy Caplan, Randall Park, and as always; James Franco and Mindy Kaling. The movie is full of non-stop laughs, especially when Seth Rogen is tripping on mushrooms! They really end this annual tradition with a BANG! That includes everything from playing the famous floor piano in NYC, to doing Run DMC karaoke. But this year, they finally get invitations to the legendary, secret Christmas eve party called "The Nutcracker Ball", where Joseph Gordon-Levitt performs live on stage with Miley Cyrus. The three friends all split up at one point in the evening, but they find their way back to each other, and they become even closer as friends. Tracey Morgan plays "Santa" as the narrator in the beginning and ending of the movie. It's so funny, I could honestly watch it over and over again (it's also probably awesome to watch while high/tripping). I give "The Night Before" a  9/ 10. It's original, hilarious, and stars an interesting group of actors. Plus, I loved all the "Home Alone" references too!

Mike Posner - "I Took a Pill in Ibiza" (SEEB Remix)

I don't particularly like Mike Posner's music... In fact, I don't even like the original version of this song, but this SEEB remix is f*cking awesome and so is the video! A lot of people have already heard it, but to those who haven't; check it out and watch this trippy music video.

"Workaholics" Season 6

"Workaholics" finally released their 6th season, so I can stop watching old episodes now! I built up a lot of anticipation for the release of this new season, but I was kind of disappointed after watching all ten episodes...It was kind of lackluster. Out of the ten episodes, there  were only a few good ones. They finally made a "420" episode, but it has almost nothing to do with smoking weed. It quickly becomes an episode about "Catfishing" on the internet.. The first episode was titled "Wolves of Rancho" and it's a parody episode about the movie, "The Wolf of Wall Street". It features Dane Cook and Palie Shore, and it's  just like the movie. The episode was hilarious and very well done, but it just goes downhill from there. The second episode is pretty funny too, and features Andy Dick. The only other really good episode is "Night at the Dudeseum", which I actually thought was going to be a parody of the movie, "Night at the Museum". When in fact, it's actually a "Jurassic Park" parody episode wherein the guys get caught stealing from the museum, and then chased out by people in dinosaur suits.

The other seven episodes weren't very good, it felt kind of slapped together and seems like the stars/writers/creators of the series are running out of ideas for new episodes. The season finale was just plain stupid and bizarre. This was definitely not their best work, but I still look forward to a 7th season in the near future.

"The Walking Dead" Season 6

This newest season of "The Walking Dead" is one of the show's best seasons so far! Just when "Rick" and his group get comfortable at "Alexandria", bandits called "Wolves" break into the community and go on a killing spree. If that wasn't bad enough; "walkers" make their way into the secured community too, forcing all the inexperienced, sheltered residents of "Alexandria" to fight back. It was a very eventful season, "Rick" becomes the leader of "Alexandria" after "Deanna" and her husband died. "Morgan" finally returns and joins "Rick's" community, "Maggie" is pregnant and "Glenn" almost dies several times. In fact, it looked like he did get killed by "walkers" in one episode, but no major characters actually die in season six. However, "Rick's" new love interest and her two psycho sons get killed when walkers make it in to their community. "Carl" gets his eye shot out, so he looks like "the Governor" now, "Carol" finds love too, but then she leaves the group (again) to travel alone. "Abraham" dumps "Rosita" so he can be with "Sasha". If that wasn't weird enough, "Rick" and "Mishone" become a couple too. I didn't see that one coming, the couples on this tv show are ALL biracial for some reason.

After dealing with the "Wolves", "Ricks" people soon discover there are more survivor communities out there when they meet a man who calls himself "Jesus". He is from a peaceful community called "Hillside", who are being extorted by another group of survivors, called "The Saviors". They are a large, heavily armed biker gang, so "Hillside" is forced to give them half of everything they find or grow under the threat of death. "Rick" has no idea that the "Saviors" are 3 or 4 times larger than his group, so he makes a deal with "Hillside". In exchange for food and medicine, "Rick" and his group will get rid of "The Saviors". After killing a bunch of them, they suddenly become the new focus of "The Saviors" and their leader - "Keegan" (played by the charming Jeffrey Dean Morgan). "Ricks" group is out-numbered and they don't stand a chance against "The Saviors", who plan to takeover/ extort "Alexandria" next. "Keegan" makes his first appearance in the season finale as the new villain. He corners "Rick" and the rest of his group in the last episode and beats one of them to death in front of the others to set an example. But who? We won't find out until season 7 starts on October 9, 2016. What a cliffhanger! Luckily we don't have to wait very long to find out which character dies. (I bet it's "Eugene")

"Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" - Trailer

I didn't expect a sequel to the "Neighbors" movie... I wrote a review of the first movie back in July 2014, and gave it a 8 out of 10. This sequel is basically the exact same plot as the first film. But, instead of a fraternity of obnoxious guys moving in next door, this time it's wild sorority girls moving in next door. They should probably consider moving... The sorority founder/ president is played by Chloe Grace Moretz and Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne return as the couple next door. Once again, they want to get rid of their obnoxious neighbors. Zac Efron and Dave Franco both return in this sequel as well. Apparently they come to help get rid of the Sorority girls. Should be interesting.... and sexy this time! "Neighbors 2" releases on May 20, 2016.

"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Out of the Shadows" - Trailer

I actually liked the first "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" re-make, I even wrote a review of that movie on here in October 2014 and gave it  8 /10. So, I have high expectations for this sequel; "Out of the Shadows". The trailer looks awesome and introduces some familiar characters, such as "Casey Jones" (the vigilante with a hockey stick). Not to mention, mutated villains "Beebop" & "Rocksteady" and the addition of "Kraang".

There are some epic looking scenes in this trailer, it looks like a similar plot to the first "Avengers" movie. Megan Fox and Will Arnett both return in this film, wherein the "Ninja Turtles" come out of hiding and act as super heroes. After watching the trailer, I think the sequel will be better than the original. It looks packed with realistic action and amazing graphics - I can't wait! "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2" releases on June 3rd, 2016.

How "Deadpool" Should Have Ended

I share tons of "HISHE" (How It Should Have Ended) videos about MARVEL movies on here, but I was surprised to see a "HISHE" video about the "Deadpool" movie. I thought it was an awesome movie and it ended in a good place. However, this video lightly pokes fun at the film and any holes in the storyline. For instance, it points out that "Deadpool" didn't have to make 12 bullets last when killing those enemies...he could have simply picked up one of the dead guys fully automatic weapons and used that. Like the video says, it wouldn't have made "Deadpool" seem so bad-ass and invincible. Also, he could've saved his girlfriend from being kidnapped in the first place if he wasn't too insecure to talk to her because of his disfigured face. It also points out that throwing the love of his life down 300 feet in a glass box would kill her....not save her.

In the second half of the video, "Deadpool" makes his debut appearance at the "Super Hero Cafe" along with "Collosus" and "Negasonic Teenage Warhead". As always, they sit down with "Batman" and "Superman" to discuss the film, but "Deadpool" doesn't consider himself a super hero, and doesn't like the "Super Hero Cafe". So he goes across the street to the "Villain Pub" where he finds "Ajax" and shoots him in the head (again). He feels more comfortable with the villains and sits down with "Joker" and "Voldemort" before being told he is not welcome there by "Emperor Palpatine". So he leaves the old "X-Men" version of "Deadpool" behind him at the "Villain Pub", again poking fun at the fact that everyone hated the first version of "Deadpool".

Tiësto - "Let's Go" (ft Icona Pop)

Yet another amazing song by Tiesto, and a high energy music video to go along with it. The video shows DJ Tiesto playing a live show to a hype audience. It also shows him shooting music videos and driving nice cars. It's kind of a vain video, but I love the song and I like the fact that it starts off playing a sample of "Wasted", which is Tiesto's #1 hit song.

"Deadpool" - Review

This was unlike any other MARVEL movie I've ever seen before; it's definitely not a family-friendly film. It's extremely violent, but still hilarious at the same time! In fact, it has become the highest grossing MARVEL movie of all time! (with the exception of both "Avenger" films) "Deadpool" has always been one of my favorite mutants, and the movie did not disappoint. It completely tells the comic book-correct story of "Wade Wilson" and portrays an authentic version of "Deadpool". He even breaks the fourth wall a few times during the film, just like he does in the comic books. The first half of the movie is clustered with flashbacks, rather than just telling the story from beginning to end. The second half of the film, "Deadpool" teams up with "X-Men" members, "Colossus" and "Negasonic Teenage Warhead" to take down his mortal enemy; "Ajax".

For some reason, "Collosus" is Russian in this movie.....? He continues to try recruiting "Deadpool" to join the "X-Men" team, but he is unlike the average mutant - he's a mercenary. Just like he always says; he's "not a hero". It's good to see "Deadpool" represented correctly in the movie, unlike in "X-Men Origins: Wolverine". Even the secret, after credits scene is funny, and it confirms there WILL be a "Deadpool 2" featuring "Cable" !!! All my favorite MARVEL comic book characters are coming to life now. The soundtrack is a little strange, but the graphics and cinematography are incredibly well done. I give "Deadpool" a 9 /10

Tiësto - "Red Lights"

This is just one of the many singles off the same Tiesto album; "A Town Called Paradise". It's one of the few albums I can thoroughly enjoy listening to from start to finish. "Red Lights" is just one of my favorite tracks by this Dutch DJ and producer, whose real name is Tigs Michiel Verwest. This is his 4th studio album and has gained Tiesto a growing amount of popularity. I'll be sharing more of his amazing songs/ videos soon, it's hard to pick one favorite song.

Ellie Goulding - "Fire" (Tiesto Remix)

Just when I thought I was sick of this song by Ellie Goulding, I heard this awesome remix of "Burn" by Tiesto. It's much better than the dozens of other remixes of this song, it has that electronic/ house sound to it that Tiesto is known for. This is a fantastic combination of two different, but talented artists on a remix of this well-known song. The video is unnecessarily sexual, but it's still a great remix!

Quest Crew - "The Hospital"

This is one of the latest and most creative "Quest Crew" projects . It's titled "The Hospital", and was created, choreographed, directed, and produced by members of "Quest". Along with plenty of help from the dance community, as well as makeup artists, hair stylists, costume designers, actors, and professional quality filming. This video is high quality and sort of like a creepy mini-movie. The video has an original, creative theme, but it's also a bit scary. It takes place in an abandoned, haunted hospital and features several creepy scenes and characters. For example, the pregnant woman with a nurse holding a knife, or the scary 'spider-girl' nurse that's missing half her face.

Yet, they also show a lot of dance sequences and different dance styles. The video features other dancers besides the "Quest" guys, but you can easily spot them in the video dressed as doctors. "Quest" created this entertaining / scary dance video completely independently and it turned out great! Ryan even created the spooky, ominous music score playing in the video, and Dom "D-trix" directed the whole thing. You gotta watch this incredibly inventive short video!!!! #Quest

Falcrow- "Power" (by Will.I.am & Justin Bieber)

Another fantastic video featuring world class b-boys from "Falcrow". The freestyle breakdancing is phenomenal, but I'm not crazy about the song choice.... "Power" by Will.i.am & Justin Bieber. Although, this might be a remixed version of the original track, because it actually paired well with the dancing. Not only do I like seeing these incredible power moves and awesome breaking, I also like the way this video is shot. It's in sync with the music, shows a bunch of different crew members doing different tricks, and it has a beach party feel to it. These French b-boys are masters of this art form; they have several more videos displaying their immense talent and "POWER"!
